Systems Analysis

I’ve gotten into watching TED talks at home and have found the business category.  All of them are good, but one which I found particularly interesting, since I like Systems Analysis was one titled “An Introduction to Systems Thinking and Wicked Problem Solving”.  It explains the process and components of analyzing a system and, although it may seem inefficient, you get the most complete result by analyzing and planning a better process by having a group diagram with sticky notes.  The presenters web site is DrawToast.com.
