I really connected with this article because, after reading it, it was apparent to me how important it is to have an open mind and a secure ego when dealing with people. Much of the article is talking about bosses, but it also applies to co-workers and subordinates. It outlines a philosophy which, I like to believe, I have had for a while, but it’s nice to see it written out.
